Legend.org is becoming Mastery.org
First, we want to thank you for giving our teacher copilot product a try and all of your valuable feedback.
The assessment technology we developed to help give time back to teachers and provide better feedback to students will be getting integrated into the Mastery Transcript Consortium platform found at Mastery.org.
On September 2, 2026, we will stop supporting the Legend.org teacher copilot app, but it will not be immediately available at Mastery.org because our focus in the near term is on supporting the Mastery Transcript Consortium transition to our organization.
Why?
We started Legend with the belief that by giving teachers much-needed time back and improving how learning was measured, we could change how learning was delivered.
Along the way we met so many incredible teachers and schools, and we were introduced to the Mastery Transcript Consortium (MTC).
MTC is a group of hundreds of high schools implementing mastery-based approaches to teaching, a new way of measuring learning, and a corresponding transcript that captures more of a student beyond just a GPA.
Over 820 colleges accept the Mastery Transcript.
